Design
In the design of this building, we evoked what the Capital District represents.
Materials
We worked with representative materials found in Bogota, such as brick and concrete.
We wanted to make the most of the view of the eastern hills, which are a natural feature of the city, and of its sunsets.
Sustainable
We encouraged the building’s residents to use bicycles as a daily-life means of transportation by installing bike racks and branding to support the notion that Bogota is The Bicycle Capital.
The building also has chargers for electric vehicles. With this, we support the building’s concept of sustainability, which made it obtain the EDGE and Sustainable Bogota certifications, among others.
