General Project Description

This is a residential building located in the Antiguo Country, epicenter of one of the most commercially and recreationally active zones in the city. The neighborhood includes the Park of El Virrey, the Andino, Retiro, and Atlantis Plaza commercial malls, as well as the Clinica del Country. It also has urban scale access routes that enable movement from different points in the city.

The building is ideal for cosmopolitan individuals who enjoy an active social and professional life, and seek to enhance the use of their time whilst living in a stylish, well-designed, and comfortable building. The building has 3 façades that allow for a180o view of Bogota, which most of the apartments enjoy. The project consists of a building with permeable façades and simple, elegant materials that give the project status and longevity.
